Calling for Startups

Eötvös Loránd University – Doctoral School of Psychology

Dear Startuppers!

We are conducting a research in organizational psychology and asking for your help with this study. The research is about organizational culture, personality and job satisfaction in the context of startup organizations. In this study, we define startups as innovative, recently established enterprises, which are expected to grow and scale fast and expand internationally.

We are looking for startup executives and employees who are willing to devote some of their time to take part in the study and fill in a ca. 15-minute questionnaire:

Participation in the study is completely anonymous and voluntary, survey data will only be presented in the form of aggravated statistics.
